MacKenzie Greenwell is a leading voice in the Canadian Tap scene. Originally from Cochrane, AB he has spent the last 15 years traveling all over the world Performing, Teaching, and Choreographing. He’s a former touring cast member of the Internationally Acclaimed show Tap Dogs. He was also a principal dancer in Rhythm & Sound Tap company in Toronto, as well as Choreographer for the Canadian National Team in 2018. MacKenzie now lives in Nova Scotia where he is an active member of the Jazz music scene. He is a member of the band Game.Set.Trap, performing throughout the East Coast and Maritimes. Most recently he was a guest performer/musician of Votive Dance’s 2022 show Whodunnit. MacKenzie continues to pursue the connection between dance and music with the goal of bringing original material to a Jazz Fest near you soon.
