Julia keyes is a current student at Citadel High School in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has been dancing at Halifax Dance her whole life, starting with creative movement and progressing to the ITP program. Through ITP, Julia has trained in many styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, modern, and Contemporary. her training has allowed many performance opportunities such as; the Viennese Opera Ball, Symphony Nova Scotia's The Nutcracker, TYDE, YOCO, Ballet Jorgen's Anne of Green Gables, and more. Julia has been a volunteer ballet teaching assistant at Halifax Dance since 2017. During her volunteering, she has learned many skills that she now takes with her while teaching her own ballet classes.
